Your booking and use of the facilities at Unique Music Studio ("the Studio") is subject to the following terms and conditions. By making a booking or using the Studio, you signify your acceptance of these terms.

1. Cleanliness and Upkeep:

   • Hirers are expected to clean up after themselves, ensuring the studio is returned to the state they found it.

   • No food is permitted inside the studio.

   • The space should be kept tidy, and any trash or waste should be properly disposed of before departure.

2. Security:

   • Hirers are required to lock the studio door upon leaving.

   • For the safety and security of our clients and to protect our assets, surveillance cameras are operational in common areas of the premises. By entering the Studio, you consent to being recorded.

3. Booking Duration:

   • Bump-in and bump-out periods are allowed for 10 minutes on either side of your booking duration. Hirers are expected to respect this timeframe to ensure smooth transitions for all users of the Studio.

4. Responsibility for Damages:

   • The hirer is responsible for any damages or stolen property during their studio hire period.

   • We maintain a card on file for all our clients. In the event of damages or theft, associated costs will be charged to this card.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

   • If your plans change, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your booking. Failure to provide such notice will result in a cancellation fee being charged to your card on file.

6. Consent to Terms:

   • By continuing with your booking at Unique Music Studio, you implicitly agree to all the terms stated above.
